I’m Jackie Scott. I’m the owner of HomeQuest Property Management Services Limited. We were established over two decades ago.

HomeQuest are based in Fleetwood, but we do cover all of the Fylde Coast.

I first started renovating and renting out properties in 1995. So, I’ve got vast experience in dealing with different types of tenants, different types of properties.

I’m really lucky here that I’ve got really dedicated staff. We’ve got sales experience, letting experience, we’ve got good communication, we’ve got trust with landlords.

My name is Allison and I am the sales manager here at HomeQuest. We’re friendly in the office. We have really reasonable commissions and we’ll just work really hard to get your property sold.

We give free valuations under no pressure. We’ll come and have a chat with you. We’ll answer any questions.

I was also a qualified energy assessor for 12 years. So, anything practical like that, I’m always on hand.

I’m Lisa. Lisa Sherlock. I’m the lettings negotiator. I’ve worked here for about 6 years.

With regards to lettings, we’ve got two services, a managed and a tenant find only. We literally do everything for that landlord.

So, it’s really important that we get it right. We do all the paperwork. We find the tenant. We do all the referencing. We do inspections.

Any new legislation that comes in, we’re all trained. We go online and do the relevant training courses. And then we just carry on managing that service for our landlord.

Got a portfolio probably of over 200 properties. They can range from a one bed flat, a bed sit to four or five beds.

I’ve used HomeQuest for many years. I’ve never had a problem with them. Everything’s efficient. I’ve recommended them to many people and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Here at HomeQuest, we now advertise on Right Move, which is really important. The main thing with being on Right Move is exposure and the advertising.

So things like photographs are absolutely key, having the price right key and also as well we give you good honest feedback.

We’re a member of all the organizations that we need to be part of to meet the legislation.
