I’ve lived [music] here 15 years now and I’m the longest resident.

We have got some spectacular views [music] across Saint Anne’s Old Links Golf Course just behind me.

Saint Anne’s and town centre right on your doorstep. [music] five minute taxi ride away or a bus ride away because we’ve got a convenient bus service outside for those who don’t drive.

We’ve got CCTV [music] around the building, 24-hour on-site duty management. [music]

We’ve got a backup with Vitaline and Tontol who will pick up our protocols and procedures to [music] ensure your peace of mind, your security, and your safety.

We have third party care companies. [music] packages can be tailored to the individual needs.

The building was purposely designed [music] with accessibility at the heart.

We serve lunch 7 days a week at 12:30. [music] We have our own chef in here which every day you can come in [music] and have a lovely cooked meal.

Then you can have tea at tea [music] time at 4:00. Lovely cakes. What the chef bakes.

We’ve also got a laundry facility.

We also have a hairdresser that comes [music] in 2 days a week.

Got a little convenience shop on site.

All the facilities are there for [music] residents to make use of and enjoy and come together as a community.

We have a guest suite on site which [music] can be rented however long you choose to stay.

You can also stay in your family member’s apartment [music] or your friend’s apartment depending as to who you’re coming to visit.

Well, you couldn’t wish for any better really. The facilities [music] we’ve got, well, I’ve never had any better.

Second to none.

Just lovely knowing that there are people around you that if there is any issues [music] or any problems, you know, you’ve got that support.

The staff are lovely. They’re really good and very helpful. They do things [music] for you if you like.

They’re certainly very very engaging and always kind.

Links View [music] will maintain your relatives independence.

It gives you the peace of mind that they are safe and secure. [music]

There’s that feel of community.
